My Thoughts

I was born into the body of a little Muslim girl until my soul found its way out of the tattered cultural oppression and fortified ignorance towards the light of my Buddha. My soul doesn’t feel tied to any of it but entrenched in all of it. One universal uniting fact we all have as humans is the personal identifier that comes with the answer to the foundational life question "Do you believe in God?" - whether we are atheist , agnostic, religion affiliated or spiritual the answer either unifies, segregates or merely announces us -it becomes a part of the narrative of our life.
I do not identify as Muslim or a Buddhist but the spirituality in between, all around and through. All of it surrounding us whole, igniting our need to identify as something when we reveal our true self in relation to others and in relation to ourselves.

Hi, I’m Boni
I'm a freethinker coming from a very complex background. I love to share my experiences to help others who are struggling with trauma, life and unlove, so we can find comfort in compassion of knowing we are never alone.
When I was a little girl I was very stubborn and combative but also totally afraid and insecure. My mother would call me graz(in Albanian) wasp because I would sting just by one swat or tease. Self defenses and coping mechanism often come out off as negative attributes to others. My bee like tendencies would ensure my attachment to my true self. This is a place I reflect to let you know your tendencies are not without merit.
